Could someone else run your business for a week without calling you? Not perfectly. Just without anything breaking.
Is there a written process for the things you do every week? Onboarding a client, publishing content, invoicing, following up on a lead.
When someone enquires, does a follow-up happen whether or not you remember? Automated, assigned to someone, or triggered by your CRM.
Can you name every tool you pay for each month, and what each one does? Without logging in to check your card statement.
Do your systems talk to each other without you moving information between them? Booking into CRM, CRM into email, payments into bookkeeping.
After your last launch or busy season, did you write down what you'd change? And would you be able to find those notes now?
Does anyone besides you own an outcome, rather than a task list? Someone who would notice a problem before you did.
Do you know which part of your business brings in the most, relative to effort? By the numbers, not by feel.
